Registration

Registration for CLLS2025 is now open.

All participants must Create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form.

Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submission of the Online Registration Form. For payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your registration number. 

Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number, participant’s surname and name included in the payment details. Please check your spam or junk mailbox, as our e-mails may occasionally be delivered there.

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the exhibition and poster sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch 11 May 2025
  • Abstract book and pocket programme

Onsite Registration

Please note that on-site registration will not be possible.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive a registration overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding after completing the Online Registration Form.

Payment

The beneficiary is SIOP Europe –  the European Society for Paediatric Oncology (Clos Chapelle-aux-Champs 30, 1200 Brussels, Belgium). 

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. However, please confirm with your bank as to any possible charges from their side.

By Bank Transfer

Please make sure that the payment is free of all bank charges and participant’s name and Registration Reference Number are clearly stated in the bank transfer.

The payment by bank transfer is available until 23 April 2025. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Payments received without such details (name, Registration Reference Number) cannot be identified.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to amend their registration online and try to process the payment again. Should trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on their credit card. Afterwards, the amendment of the registration can be processed again.

Final Invoice

Final invoice is sent to the Delegate by email directly following the online payment or within 10 working days from receiving the bank transfer. If you need assistance with the invoice, please contact the CLLS 2025 Secretariat at: events@siope.eu  

The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). 

Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 15 days from the registering date and is subject to a 50 EUR fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

From 1 December 2024 until 31 January 2025: Cancellation fee of 50 EUR will be applied.

From 1 February to 31 March 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

After 31 March 2025: No refund will be possible. 

Cancellation of Networking Events and Other Bookable Items

From 1 October 2024 to 15 February 2025 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds

After 15 February 2025 – no refund can be processed

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Cancellation or Modification of the Meeting Due to Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure situation, SIOP Europe reserves the right to alter or cancel the Meeting without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the meeting. Any occurrence of force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SIOP Europe which prevents or impedes the realisation of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS, COVID-19, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. SIOP Europe shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the conference.

Invitation letter for visa application

Attendees must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an official letter of invitation. You will be able to download the invitation letter directly upon completing your registration. Please note that the visa letter only aims at assisting participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Annual Meeting and it is not a commitment from the organisers to cover any kind of expenses or to provide any financial support.

Badges

Each registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and industry partners wear their badges at all times during the congress activities. Re-print due to loss of badges or due to misspelled names can be done at the registration desk at a cost of EUR 20 per badge.

Photographs and videos

Please be aware that pictures and videos are taken at the CLLS2025. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please let the photographer know at the congress or let SIOP Europe know by sending an e-mail to: events@siope.eu

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

We take your privacy very seriously and in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here.
